Dr Siang Yong Soh

Consultant Cardiologist

Dr Siang Yong Soh graduated from University of Melbourne. He completed his specialist training at The Alfred Hospital, Melbourne (Acute and General Medicine) in 2015 and Canberra Hospital/Calvary Public Hospital (Cardiology) in 2018.


Dr Siang is a general cardiologist who looks after a whole range of cardiovascular related issues including coronary artery disease, heart failure, valve disease, heart rhythm issues, hypertension, pulmonary hypertension, hypercholesterolaemia and a range of inherited cardiac conditions. He has close working relationships with some of the top subspecialists within ACT and NSW.


Dr Soh enjoys teaching medical students and junior doctors. He looks after patients at both Calvary Hospitals. He is a keen gardener and enjoys outdoor running.

Dr Chi Can Huynh

Urologist

MBChB (Glasgow) FRACP 


Dr Chi Can Huynh graduated from Sydney University in 1999 and immediately streamed onto Bascia Surgical Training in 2000. During his senior years in medical school he completed a surgical research term with Tom DeMeester M.D. of the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California. He was accepted into the Advanced General Surgery training scheme in 2003 and then onto the Advanced Urology Training Program in 2005 where he trained at various institutions including Port Macquarie, Westmead and St Vincents Hospitals. He was the inaugural robotic fellow when St Vincent Prostate Cancer Centre started their robotic prostate program in 2008. Following this, he then spent 18 months in Manchester, UK completing a Laparoscopic Prostate Fellowship.


Dr Huynh currently holds teaching hospital positions in the Greater Southern Area Health Service and is undertaking a part time fellowship in erectile restorative surgery. In addition to this, he has interests in robotic prostate surgery and was the first in Australia to perform a robotic-assisted nephro-ureterectomy. He also holds teaching positions with the Rural Medical School of the Australian National University and the Australian School of Advanced Medicine.

Dr Elizabeth Gallagher

Gynaecologist and Obstetrician

Dr Elizabeth Gallagher is a skilled and experienced Gynaecologist based in Canberra. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree from the University of Newcastle, Australia, which she obtained in 1989. Additionally, she has obtained Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 2001.


Dr Gallagher specialises in various gynaecological conditions and procedures, including the management of pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, and the investigation and management of abnormal Pap smears. She is also well-versed in the management of menstrual disorders, postmenopausal issues, and vulval skin disorders.


Dr Gallagher is committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care to her patients. She believes in taking a patient-centered approach and working closely with her patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their individual needs and concerns.
